📦 Shipping Policy
All items marked as “In Stock” are shipped on the same or next business day after order confirmation.
Each product is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
🚨 If your package is damaged:

Contact the courier immediately

Notify our customer service to guide you
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (couriers, customs, weather conditions).
🔁 Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek Law 2251/1994.
Returns are accepted if:

It remains in its original packaging

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the return is our fault
💳 Refunds
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection of the returned item.

For cash-on-delivery, we will request an IBAN bank account

Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable, unless the issue is our fault
